Applications by Students with Disabilities

Applicants to Kanazawa University who have disabilities or other conditions requiring accommodations for entrance examinations or academic studies should submit a pre-application consultation form to Kanazawa University and consult with us before applying.
Applicants with significant functional disabilities of the trunk and both upper and lower limbs who require "substitute answers" in the Individual Achievement Test at Kanazawa University should consult with Kanazawa University as early as possible before applying for the Common University Entrance Test, regardless of the deadlines below.

A copy of the "Notification of Examination Result of Considerations for University Entrance Examination" or "Notification of Decision on Considerations for University Entrance Examination" of the The Common Test for University Admissions (Only those who have been granted special accommodations for the University Entrance Common Test)

Examples of Support and Considerations for Entrance Examinations

  • Enlarged printout of question and answer sheets
  • Extension of testing time
  • Permitted to use the parking space in the building where the test is held
  • Adjustment of desks and chairs in the examination room according to the number of applicants, etc.
